2. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of an emergency or as needed.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking for services. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Refunds are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before booking.

4. Health and Safety

Certain medical conditions may be unsuitable for eyelash services. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.

We follow strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with Health Canada guidelines.
